SEO Blog Writer for an Australian Real Estate Agency (8 Articles per Month)

A boutique real estate agency in Brisbane wants to grow organic traffic with helpful, locally relevant articles for home buyers, sellers and landlords. We are looking for a writer who can research Australian property topics and write in clear, friendly Australian English.

Monthly deliverables

• 8 articles of 1,000 to 1,400 words, based on keyword briefs we provide (for example "first home buyer grants QLD 2026", "how to choose a property manager", suburb guides)
• SEO basics in every piece: target keyword in title, H2s and meta description, internal links, FAQ section for featured snippets
• Correct Australian spelling and terms (strata, conveyancer, settlement, body corporate) with facts sourced from Australian government and industry sites
• Delivered in Google Docs, ready to paste into WordPress, plus two suggested royalty-free image ideas per article

Requirements

• Three or more published samples of long-form SEO content, ideally for Australian, UK or US clients
• Comfortable using Surfer, Clearscope or similar if we provide access; Grammarly or equivalent for proofing
• Original writing only; AI drafting is acceptable for outlines but every article is checked for originality and accuracy

Budget: AUD 400 per month for 8 articles, reviewed after three months. Please include two samples and a one-paragraph outline for a suburb guide of your choice.
