Creative Concept Designer for NDIS Provider Website Revamp

An Australian NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider already has a live website, but the current look does not reflect who they are or where the company is heading. We are looking for a creative concept designer who can rethink the concept and visual direction of the site and carry the company's vision through every page.

What you will do

• Review the existing site and brand material and run a short discovery call with the client
• Propose two or three concept directions (mood boards, colour and type systems, imagery style, tone)
• Design high-fidelity mockups for the key pages: Home, About, Services (Support Coordination, Plan Management, Community Access, Supported Independent Living), Participants and Families, Careers, Contact and Referral form
• Deliver mobile and desktop layouts plus a lightweight style guide the development team can build from
• Keep the design accessible: WCAG 2.1 AA contrast, readable type, clear calls to action for participants, carers and referrers

We are looking for

• A portfolio showing concept and brand-led web design (health, care, community or NDIS work is a strong plus)
• Strong Figma skills; Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for imagery and iconography
• Good written English for discovery notes and presenting your concepts
• Ability to overlap a few hours with Australian Eastern time for feedback rounds

Deliverables: concept presentation, final page mockups (desktop and mobile), style guide, exportable assets. Three revision rounds included.

Budget: AUD 600 to 1,500 depending on experience and the number of pages proposed. Please share a link to relevant past work and your proposed approach in your proposal.
