Clean Up and Migrate 4,000 Customer Records into Klaviyo

I have customer data scattered across three places: a Shopify customer export, an old Mailchimp list and a Google Sheet from in-person market stalls. About 4,000 records in total with lots of duplicates and inconsistent formatting. I want one clean list imported into Klaviyo with sensible segments.

Scope

• Merge the three sources, remove duplicates (matching on email, then on name plus phone), and fix capitalisation and formatting of names, emails, phones and Australian postcodes
• Standardise state and suburb fields, and flag invalid or role-based emails (info@, sales@) for exclusion
• Add source and consent columns so we only email people who opted in; summarise counts by source
• Import into Klaviyo with custom properties (source, first purchase date, total spend from Shopify) and create segments: VIP customers, lapsed buyers, market-stall sign-ups, never purchased
• Hand over the final spreadsheet and a one-page note on what was removed and why

Requirements: strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, deduplication, data validation), previous Klaviyo or Mailchimp import experience, and care with customer privacy. You will sign a short confidentiality agreement.

Budget: AUD 250 to 300 fixed, delivery within five days.
